Conveniently located in the community of Chantilly, VA,  Optimum Sports and Fitness is a world-class training facility designed to accommodate various exercise modalities. Our 9,000-square-foot training facility showcases an open gym that is equipped with state-of-the art equipment. We have a private training studio that hosts popular bootcamp. Optimum is equipped with a 40-yard Astroturf that is used for unique functional movement training, sled work,  position-specific  skill work, and speed, deceleration and agility drills. Optimum also features pristine private bathrooms, showers, and a massage therapy room. Optimum trainers use every piece of equipment in an effort to give you a workout and results you can’t find anywhere else.
